As a Talent Development Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing strategies to foster talent development within the data centre industry. Key Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Design and Alignment: Collaborate with educational institutions to incorporate AI principles, green energy concepts, and sustainability practices into the curriculum, ensuring alignment with industry trends, technological advancements, and sustainable practices.
  • Program Development & Management: Co-create comprehensive DC training programs that integrate AI applications, emphasize green energy solutions, and highlight sustainable data centre practices.
  • Micro-credential Integration: Explore and integrate Competency-Based Micro-credentials to validate and recognize achievements in AI, green energy, and sustainability.
  • Partnership Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with educational institutions, industry training providers, and green energy organizations.
  • Career Transition Support: Develop conversion programs to facilitate mid-career professionals in transitioning to the data centre industry with a focus on AI, green energy, and sustainability.
  • Talent Pipeline Building: Set up and manage work-study programs with various Institutes of Higher Learning (IHL) to provide a through path for employees to get qualifications from ITE to degree.
  • Performance Evaluation: Implement mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of talent development initiatives in AI, green energy, and sustainability.

Ideal Candidate
