Wildlife Destination Manager

As an Executive, Park Operations, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the park, including queue and crowd management, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness. You will be responsible for delivering excellent guest experience, managing on-ground feedback, and closing service lapses.
Key responsibilities include:
- Perform shift responsibilities and ensure seamless operations of the park.
- Manage incidents and raise incident reports as required.
- Ensure safe work practices are carried out.
- Review and propose ideas to improve park-related and guest experience matters.
- Assist in staff management, including manpower planning/deployment and training.
- Generate and review reports.
- Assist in wildlife management efforts.
- Manage assigned portfolio and projects.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with leadership and project management experience.
- Pleasant, courteous, and confident disposition.
- Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken English.
- Strong team player who can also work independently.
- Resourceful self-starter with keen work attitude, good time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
