Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at HITACHI AQUA-TECH ENGINEERING PTE. LTD.

This is a senior-level role that requires extensive knowledge and expertise in quality assurance, inspection, and project management within the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management
    • Plan and implement project quality management systems (PQMS) activities within the project and organization.
    • Ensure project quality control (QC) activities implementation.
    • Report quality information and data about the project in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Act as focal point for quality-related matters within the project and in liaison with external entities.
    • Act as auditor lead for ISO matters.
    • Conduct external audits to vendors' and subcontractors' QMS and ISO requirements.
  • Inspection and Testing
    • Conduct incoming and outgoing inspection activities such as inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products.
    • Maintain test records and update accordingly.
  • Leadership and Training
    • Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction of all QA/QC personnel.
    • Knowledge and awareness of quality requirements within the project team, also performing quality training activities.
Requirements
  • Diploma/degree in relevant/related fields.
  • Min 10 years of QC inspection experience for water, oil, and gas fabrication.
  • Inspection qualifications eg: CSWIP or equivalent.
  • Able to communicate with various levels of people.
  • Good in verbal and written English.
  • General computer knowledge is essential (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook).
  • Willing and able to travel overseas.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
