Culinary Assistant

We are seeking a diligent and organized Culinary Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the culinary operations of our establishment.
Job Description:
In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will assist in day-to-day kitchen operations and food preparation. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will ensure that our high standards of cleanliness and sanitation are maintained.
You will also be responsible for managing food inventory and ensuring the consistency of food quality and quantity. Additionally, you will need to maintain compliance with relevant regulations, such as those related to food safety and hygiene.
As a Culinary Assistant, you will work closely with our management team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our culinary operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have proven experience in a commis cook position or similar. You should be willing to work shift hours, weekends, and public holidays, and possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A Food Hygiene certificate is highly desirable, and you should be able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
