Installation Team Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Installation Team Lead to oversee the installation of curtains, blinds, and unizip systems at residential and commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of installers to ensure high-quality workmanship and excellent client service.
  • Plan and coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor project timelines to meet deadlines.
  • Conduct site inspections to verify accurate installations, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor junior installers on best practices and techniques.
  • Troubleshoot installation issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Communicate with clients, project managers, and suppliers to coordinate installations and resolve any concerns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of construction, electrical, and risk management principles
  • Ability to read and interpret floor plans/measurements
  • Class 3 driving license for transporting equipment
  • Preventive maintenance and tool management expertise
  • Welding skills and knowledge of curtain walling
