Job Title: SAP Program Director

A highly experienced professional is required to lead and deliver a complex multi-country SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in program stabilization, stakeholder management, and vendor oversight.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Establishing trust and alignment with program stakeholders
  • Stabilizing project teams and clarifying roles and responsibilities
  • Ensuring program planning and deliverables are on track

The successful candidate will also oversee SAP S/4HANA build and rollout, ensuring alignment with ECC migration. This involves managing integration with Salesforce, ServiceNow, and middleware platforms to ensure end-to-end data flows, system interfaces, and functional alignment across regional and global systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field; SAP certification is a plus
  • 10-20+ years of IT/program management experience, with 5-7+ years leading SAP S/4HANA programs
  • Proven experience in multi-country, multi-system ERP transformations including SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and middleware integration
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to drive program success
  • Ability to summarize complex issues for leadership and manage multiple projects simultaneously
