About ProBio
ProBio provides end-to-end CDMO services from drug discovery to commercialization. The company proactively develops strategies, offers professional solutions, and implements efficient processes in cell and gene therapy (CGT), vaccine, biologics discovery, and antibody protein drug to accelerate drug development for customers. ProBio's total cell and gene therapy solution covers CMC of plasmid and virus for IND filing as well as clinical manufacturing and commercial manufacturing.
Job Description- Performing a wide range of technical and analytical tasks in our state-of-the-art laboratory, ensuring the highest quality results.
- Conducting cell culture experiments, data analysis, and documentation of results in a detailed and organized manner.
- Maintaining and troubleshooting laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Documenting procedures, protocols, and findings in a detailed and organized manner.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges.
- Ensuring strict adherence to all laboratory safety protocols and procedures.
- Responsible for resuscitation, passage, transfection, culture, and other experiments of mammalian cells such as HEK293 and CHO.
- Perform cell culture experiments, data analysis, and documentation of results.
- Operate bioreactors, centrifuges, and prepare buffers and reagents.
- Purifying mammalian recombinant antibody and protein by affinity chromatography, ion exchange chromatography, size exclusion chromatography, and other methods.
- Formulating appropriate purification schemes according to order requirements.
- Responsible for filling-in and verifying records related to purification experiments.
- Using Western blotting and SDS-PAGE techniques to assess the quality, quantity, and identity of purified proteins.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant scientific discipline, such as life sciences, biological chemistry, etc.
- Familiarity with various laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
- Good technical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accurate and precise work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Availability to work 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, with 2 rest days that may not always fall on weekends.
