As a seasoned leader in Mechanical engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Engineering consultancy's Mechanical division. This is an opportunity to grow and take on senior roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage daily operations to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee project life cycles from design to delivery while ensuring cost control, technical quality, and project profitability.
  • Identify new project opportunities, secure clients, and foster strong relationships to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with senior management to assess technical capabilities, plan future growth, and contribute to strategic company objectives.
  • Mentor junior engineers to strengthen team expertise.

Required skills include a Degree in Mechanical Engineering and minimum 10 years of experience in engineering consultancy or professional service firm. Registered Professional Engineer (Mechanical) certification and strong understanding of building services, M&E coordination, sustainability practices, and contract administration are also required.
