Job Title: Laundry Service Agent

This is a unique opportunity to join our diverse and inclusive team as a Laundry Service Agent. We are looking for an individual who can work efficiently and effectively in this role, ensuring that all linen and amenities are collected and distributed promptly across the hotel towers.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect linens and amenities from loading bays and distribute them to designated floors;
  • Ensure hotel pantries are stocked and replenished when required;
  • Maintain cleanliness and order of the linen room;
  • Report any equipment issues to supervisors;
  • Handle lost and found items and arrange their return to guests;
Requirements:
  • Primary education preferred;
  • No experience necessary; training will be provided;
  • Able to handle heavy loaded trolleys and walk extensively;
  • Able to work independently and various shifts including mornings and afternoons.
