About the Role

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Care Worker to join our team at Dayspring Residential Treatment Centre. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering trauma-informed care, supervision, and management to female adolescents who have faced abuse or neglect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Duties and Supervision: Carry out daily operational duties and supervise residents in their regular activities, ensuring their welfare and safety.
  • Support and Guidance: Assist residents with any difficulties related to day-to-day issues and promote discipline among the residents, serving as a mentor/role model.
  • Crisis Management: Assess, respond, and handle crises or conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
  • Therapeutic Interventions: Carry out individual therapeutic interventions based on care plans developed by the treatment team.
  • Comprehensive Care: Participate in providing physical, emotional, spiritual, mental, educational, and social needs of residents.
Requirements
  • Experience: Must have experience working with youth at-risk and basic processing and counselling skills.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with common issues and disorders that appear in trauma and abuse.
  • Availability: Willing to work on 3-shift rotations and over weekends/Public Holidays.
