As a Clinical Operations Leader, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence in a specialist outpatient clinic. Your key focus areas will include planning, directing, and coordinating activities to ensure efficient processes, high-quality patient care, and staff engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage non-subsidised patients from haematology oncology and oncology treatment areas for chemotherapy administration.
  • Lead a team in delivering excellent clinical services and service quality to patients.
  • Collaborate with specialists and other departments to implement work plans, best practices, and efficient processes.
  • Foster staff engagement and development, serving as a role model for your team.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders, including doctors, pharmacists, allied health professionals, PSAs, and nurses.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in managing clinic operations.
  • Strong leadership, operational, and managerial skills.
  • Ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with various stakeholders.
