Senior Investment Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Investment Manager to originate deals, engage with clients, build complex financial models, conduct research, and structure funding packages for investments in mining companies worldwide.
This senior role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as experience in sales, origination, and relationship building.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of identifying investment opportunities, structuring funding packages, and managing principal credit, derivative, and equity investments.
Key Responsibilities- Originate deals and engage with clients to identify investment opportunities in the mining sector
- Build complex financial models to evaluate lending opportunities and optimize returns
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform investment decisions
- Structure, price, sell, and execute bespoke derivative products for junior and mid-cap mining companies
- Prepare detailed investment memoranda for internal approvals and pitch books for clients
- 5+ years of work experience in banking with a proven track record of research, numerical, analytical, and valuation skills
- Experience in lending and providing derivatives to junior and mid-cap mining companies
- Master's level degree in Finance, Commerce, or Engineering with high academic achievement record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
