Seeking an experienced carpenter to join our team on a full-time basis.

  • About the Role:
  • This is a skilled position that involves installing foundations, walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs using various materials such as wood, steel, metal, concrete, plastics, and composites.
  • Key Responsibilities include creating frameworks or props by assembling and fastening materials together using hand tools and wood screws, nails, dowel pins, or glue.
  • Erect scaffolding and ladders for assembling structures above ground levels.
  • Fits and installs window frames, doors, door frames, door hardware, interior and exterior trim using a carpenter's level, plumb bob, and laser levels.
  • Follows established safety rules and regulations and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
  • Identify and repair damaged or defective parts or sections of structures using hand tools.
  • Inspect ceiling or floor tile, wall coverings, siding, glass, or woodwork to detect broken or damaged structures.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any issues encountered.
  • Move necessary materials around the job site as assigned.
  • Removes unnecessary materials from the worksite to maintain cleanliness.
  • Shape or cut materials to specified measurements using hand tools, machines, or power saws.

  • A strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations is essential.
  • Excellent technical skills and attention to detail are required.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in drawing or architectural plans would be an asset.
