We are seeking a seasoned Chief Operations Manager to join our team at WECRUIT PTE. LTD.

Salary:

The salary range for this position is estimated to be between SGD 120,000 to SGD 180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:
  • Facilities Management

Manage facilities and maintenance operations of existing facilities for healthcare/hospitality industry.

Vendor Management

Ensure contractors/vendors complete repair and maintenance work to required timelines and standards.

Project Management

Participate in new built project, assist in project management role during the design, tender, construction and post construction stages of the projects.

Facilities Maintenance

Using computer aided management software in facilities maintenance.

Renovations and Alterations

Coordinate, supervise and assist in major renovations, additions and alterations works, capital replacement works and the like to successful completion.

Staff Supervision

Facilitate the supervision of operation staffs, planning and overseeing the manpower deployment of staff in the department.

Fire Safety Management

Participate in Fire Safety management, training and exercises. Assist to set up and maintain the CERT teams.

Emergency Response

Respond and attend to Emergency events whenever occurred (Fire Alarm, Power trip, Water leakage issues, etc.), including off-duty hours.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in healthcare/hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record in managing facilities and maintenance operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of fire safety management and emergency response procedures.
  • Proficient in computer-aided management software.
