Job Overview

We are seeking an ambitious Sales Account Executive Manager to join our team at Recruit Now Singapore PTE. LTD. As a 100% hunter, you will be responsible for prospecting, connecting, and closing deals with new clients, creating opportunities that drive our growth.

Responsibilities
  • Actively seek out and acquire new clients through cold calling and social outreach.
  • Sales targets, managing and achieving monthly growth goals.
  • Identify business opportunities, conduct market research, and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients, offering solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless sales processes and results.


Requirements
  • At least 1 year of relevant B2B sales experience, preferably in a high-growth company.
  • Proficiency in understanding the Accounts Receivable Cycle.
  • Highly motivated and resilient with a "hunter" mindset.
  • Able to work independently with strong organizational and communication skills.
