About the JobThis is a critically important role that requires you to monitor and report on risks and the regulatory environment to inform strategic decisions, fostering a robust risk culture within the company. Key responsibilities include:
- Risk Management Services: Deliver effective risk management services and promote a strong risk culture.
- Risk Monitoring: Continuously monitor risks to support informed decision-making.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to policies, regulations, and group guidelines.
- Risk Governance: Oversee ORSA, Business Continuity Plan, and risk governance processes.
- Policies and Procedures: Review and update risk appetite, register, and policies.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 12 years of compliance experience at a senior level in the general insurance or reinsurance industry. Experience managing professional teams is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for interpreting complex regulations and assessing their impact on business operations.
