Head of Business - Healthcare

Our client seeks a strategic leader to drive business development and expand their footprint through innovative partnerships with hospitals, healthcare providers, and community organizations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of healthcare dynamics and a collaborative mindset to help shape new initiatives while supporting operational alignment and execution.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive business development and strategic goals by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities aligned with service capabilities, emerging, and evolving healthcare trends.

    • Build and manage collaborative relationships with hospitals, healthcare organizations, and allied services to strengthen service integration and expand market presence.

    • Represent the organization in provider networks, stakeholder forums, and cross-sector initiatives to strengthen visibility and influence.

    • Lead outreach initiatives to position the organization as a trusted partner in healthcare innovation and service delivery.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to embed strategic initiatives into workflows, optimize staffing, and uphold compliance standards.

    • Monitor performance metrics and coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure sustainable and operational stability.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in healthcare management, strategic partnerships, or service development.

  • Strong understanding of hospital systems, healthcare regulations, and funding mechanisms.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and build lasting institutional relationships.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Advantageous to have experience with budgeting and financial management.

  • Advantageous to have knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
