Job Title: Experienced Technology Leader

">Overview

We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to spearhead our development and delivery of cutting-edge C#/.NET applications and CRM platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end solution delivery, from design and development to deployment and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and enhancement of C#/.NET applications and CRM platforms.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
  • Oversee system architecture, data modeling, and integration between Dynamics 365 and other internal systems via APIs or middleware.
  • Drive end-to-end solution delivery including code review, unit testing, deployment, and support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across CRM and application environments.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • At least 10+ years of working experience with proven technical leadership experience in application delivery and strong hands-on experience in C#/.NET application development.
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Ability to work across full SDLC—from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
