As an APAC Work Visa Specialist at PERSOLKELLY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's immigration strategy, ensuring seamless mobility for employees across the Asia-Pacific region.
About the RoleThis is a highly specialized position that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent collaboration and communication skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and HRBPs to deliver exceptional user experiences for employees and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Provide expert support to APAC immigration cases from initiation to completion, maintaining high-quality standards and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Continuously improve the APAC immigration program through process enhancements, automation, data analysis, and insights-driven decision-making.
- Build strong partnerships with various teams and HRBPs to ensure seamless execution of mobility initiatives.
- Leverage your analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and contribute to global or regional projects related to APAC Mobility policies and processes.
- Collaborate with the mobility immigration vendor throughout all stages of project execution.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to produce and analyze data, maintain attention to detail, and drive better solutions.
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills, enabling efficient cooperation with stakeholders.
- Able to handle confidential information in a mature and professional manner.
- Skilled in using digital tools to enhance operational productivity.
