Remote Site Operations Lead

A Shift Supervisor position is available to lead the team in managing cargo and passenger operations at a remote site.
Job DescriptionThis role will oversee daily operations, including coordinating transportation assets, personnel support, and equipment necessary to conduct functions at multiple airfields. The successful candidate will maintain operational control over the Movement Control Center (MCC) cargo yards, cargo bay, airfields, and equipment, and provide operational direction to ATO cargo and airfield personnel.
The ideal candidate will have experience in aviation/transportation management, including staff scheduling, data management, and resource tracking. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree and at least two years' experience in aviation/transportation management, or an additional four years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Airlift Mobility Command (AMC) Load Planner Certification
- Minimum of two years of supervisory or leadership experience
