Beauty Industry Executive

Our organization is seeking a results-driven Beauty Industry Executive to oversee the day-to-day operations of our branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing staff performance, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of beauty therapists and customer service representatives to achieve daily sales targets and manage branch expenses.

  • Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction through effective staff management and training.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in the beauty industry with a proven track record in sales and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.
