Job Title:
Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and productivity of our production equipment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out equipment PM according to the plant equipment PM schedule. This includes responding to breakdowns, diagnosing faults and repairing equipment. You will also work on improvement projects to assure continuous reliability of production equipment and processes to achieve high equipment productivity and low downtime.

Some of the key tasks you will perform include:
  • Carrying out equipment PM according to the plant equipment PM schedule
  • Responding to breakdowns, diagnosing faults and repairing equipment
  • Working on improvement projects to assure continuous reliability of production equipment and processes
  • Keying-in SPC data for all defined equipment critical parameters
  • Supporting all equipment installation and commissioning during plant start-up phase

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong technical skills, including knowledge of Preventive Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Construction, Drawing, Electrical, Reliability, SPC, AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Assembly, Manufacturing, Electronics, Commissioning and Mechanical Engineering.
