Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Virtualization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing and managing our VMware ESXi infrastructure to ensure scalability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • VMware ESXi Optimization: Enhance the company's existing Windows-based VM infrastructure for scalability and efficiency.
  • Automation Implementation: Develop an automated workflow for VM startup, bot activation, scheduling, error logging, and termination.
  • Infrastructure Scaling: Enable seamless management of 50+ concurrent accounts, ensuring stability and performance.
  • Bot Integration & Orchestration: Improve the system's ability to automatically launch, manage, and stop bots while minimizing manual intervention.
  • Monitoring & Alerting: Implement warning systems for errors, resource usage, and balance thresholds.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with VMware ESXi and virtual machine scaling.
  • Strong understanding of automation frameworks and scripting (PowerCLI, Python, or similar).
  • Familiarity with Windows-based infrastructure and system optimization.
  • Experience with bot automation or task scheduling is a plus.
  • Able to deliver a fully automated, seamless system.
