  • Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing proactive communication and addressing their queries in a timely manner.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the development and monitoring of client KPIs, addressing performance gaps with Logistics, Production, and Quality teams to improve service levels.
  • Order Fulfillment: Ensure seamless order fulfillment processes, working closely with internal stakeholders to meet client expectations.
  • Billing and Invoicing: Manage billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment from clients.
  • Project Management: Coordinate and manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

    Requirements:

    • A degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Engineering; Industrial Engineering preferred.
    • At least two years of experience in an operational or 3PL environment.
    • Prior experience in SAP modules (MM, SD, PP) is beneficial.
