Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various communication channels. This includes answering incoming calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

You will also be responsible for handling appointment bookings, rescheduling, cancelling, and re-booking appointments as required. Additionally, you will be tasked with directing calls to internal and external stakeholders, and handling and resolving customer complaints.

Other related duties may include performing call back assistance (CBA) service to customers, maintaining confidentiality of customer information, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum NITEC in any discipline
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Prior call centre experience would be an added advantage
