Global Agency Network Manager Role
">This is a challenging opportunity to lead the selection and management of shipping agencies in our global agency network. The role requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.
">The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Corporate Law, Maritime Studies or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in corporate management. They will also possess strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and familiarity with the container shipping industry.
">In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of several countries in agency corporate governance, agency performance management, and agency commercial-related activities. You will also collaborate closely with the Agency Finance Controller on financial matters, plan and finalize annual budgets, monitor budget execution, and assist in project management of assigned M&A projects.
">You will work closely with various business units and stakeholders to assess, review, and implement actions to elevate the performance of your portfolio of countries. You will also lead the investigation and integrate stakeholders' feedback and perspective into problem-solving processes and establish/refine preventive measures and procedures.
