We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our kitchen team as a Culinary Lead.

About the Role

The Culinary Lead will be responsible for leading the preparation of high-quality dishes in accordance with our menu standards. This includes chopping, marinating, cooking, and plating food items to meet our quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Develop and execute menus that showcase your culinary expertise and adhere to our kitchen's high standards.
  • Chef Supervision: Oversee and mentor junior chefs, providing guidance on food preparation techniques, kitchen safety, and presentation standards.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with other kitchen staff to manage inventory levels, ensure proper storage, and minimize waste.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals, ensuring smooth service delivery and exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in traditional Cantonese/Teochew cuisine. You should possess excellent knife skills, knowledge of kitchen operations, and strong communication skills.
