Chief Assurance Officer

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in assurance services with a strong understanding of accounting and auditing standards. As a senior manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of clients and lead a team of audit professionals to deliver high-quality assurance services.

  • You will review and analyze findings from audit teams, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness. Your excellent communication skills will be essential in maintaining long-term relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Additionally, you will coach and mentor junior staff members, fostering a culture of excellence and engagement within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of audit professionals and collaborate with directors to deliver assurance services.
  • Review and analyze audit findings to ensure accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence and engagement within the team.
Requirements:
  • Professional accounting qualifications recognized by relevant authorities.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in assurance services with large/mid-tier international accounting firms.
  • Strong technical skills in accounting/auditing standards and exceptional interpersonal skills.
