Role Overview:

As a senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design work for products or projects. This involves planning, specifying and overseeing the design process to ensure that all deliverables align with organizational goals and strategy.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive strategic design initiatives that support business objectives and technical constraints. This includes coordinating and planning discovery work, analyzing research findings, and creating wireframes, user flows, and prototypes using tools like Figma.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user research methods and the ability to analyze data to inform design decisions. They should also have good communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and persuasively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design work for products or projects
  • Plan, specify and oversee the design process
  • Drive strategic design initiatives
  • Coordinate and plan discovery work
  • Analyze research findings
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in industrial design, human-computer interaction (HCI), graphic design, design research or a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in UX/UI design, internships, or freelance work
  • Good understanding of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC or similar
  • Strategic thinker with proven ability to drive strategic initiatives
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
