We are seeking an experienced Luxury Client Experience Manager to join our team at the Client Care Centre, where you will be responsible for leading a team of Client Care Advisors in delivering exceptional client experiences across all touchpoints.

This role is perfect for a dynamic and inspiring leader who can motivate their team to drive sales and exceed client experience targets. As a Luxury Client Experience Manager, you will be accountable for ensuring your team consistently meets or exceeds key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining a deep understanding of our clients' needs and preferences.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive team performance to meet or exceed commercial and client experience targets, focusing on sales growth, customer satisfaction, and loyalty.
  2. Communicate clear business goals and objectives to your team, ensuring everyone understands their role in achieving success.
  3. Track progress towards yearly targets and identify areas for improvement, implementing action plans to address gaps and opportunities.
  4. Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including learning and development teams, to ensure seamless integration of new processes and initiatives.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that enhance the client experience, driving engagement and loyalty through personalized interactions and tailored solutions.
  6. Develop and execute operational procedures to optimize efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction.
  7. Maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  8. Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and promoting a positive work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Requirements:

  • A minimum 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within a luxury retail environment, preferably in client-facing roles.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding client experience targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other relevant tools and technologies.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
