Senior Asset and Liability Project Leader

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our asset and liability projects across retail and industrial properties. As a key team member, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects that enhance the value of our assets.

  • Develop project scopes and budgets in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Liaise with authorities to obtain required permits and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Oversee contractor selection, tender processes, and contract administration.
  • Monitor project progress, conduct site inspections, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Troubleshoot project challenges, propose solutions, and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Civil, Building, Structural, or Construction Management or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in A&A project management within retail malls and/or B1 spaces.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore's regulatory framework.
  • Experience managing landlord-driven A&A and AEI projects, ensuring alignment with business and leasing strategies.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including tenants, authorities, and consultants.
  • Excellent budgeting, scheduling, and risk management skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage external and internal teams effectively.
