Piling Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Piling Site Manager to oversee our piling operations at various construction sites. This key role requires strong leadership and technical expertise to ensure the successful execution of projects.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute piling operations, including bore pile/deep soil mixing activities, to meet project timelines and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement effective piling operation programs, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project schedules.
  • Liaise with site teams and consultants on technical matters, maintaining open communication channels and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of piling activities, preparing regular progress reports for stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Geology, recognized by relevant authorities.
  • 5 years of relevant civil supervisory experience, preferably in bored piling/deep soil mixing, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD, with the ability to learn new software quickly and adapt to changing environments.
  • Ability to work full-time at construction sites, adapting to challenging conditions and prioritizing safety.
Desirable Skills:
  • Excavation and drainage expertise, with knowledge of geotechnical engineering principles.
  • Experience with instrumentation and laboratory testing, with a focus on data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
