Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on GST implications and providing expert guidance on tax laws and regulations.

  • Advise clients on complex GST matters, including financial industry implications.
  • Assist clients with GST registration, exemption, and various schemes.
  • Review and e-file clients' GST returns.
  • Conduct GST health check reviews, due diligence reviews, and assisted self-help kit reviews.
  • Support clients in managing IRAS GST audits and investigations.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop the GST practice and participate in ad-hoc projects as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor of Accountancy, Finance, or relevant discipline preferably with a professional qualification recognized by SCTP.
  • Minimum 6 years of Singapore GST experience from a professional services firm or accounting firm.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Tax laws and guidelines.
  • Accreditation by SCTP as an Accredited Tax Practitioner (ATP) or Accredited Tax Advisor (GST) is highly valued.
