Enterprise Database Administrator

We are seeking a talented Database Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering Progress production and mirror databases, as well as developing applications using 4GL programming tools in the Progress environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience with database management, software development, and change management processes. They should also be proficient in using Progress 4GL and QAD ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and administer Progress production and mirror databases.
- Develop applications using 4GL programming tools in the Progress environment.
- Implement changes using System Life Cycle Development methodology.
- Provide Helpdesk Support and conduct user training on new modules/programs released to users.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
At least 2-3 years of experience in design, development, and implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning systems, preferably in MFG/Pro systems.
Experience working with Progress database and Microsoft Windows technologies.
Able to manage multiple concurrent projects and possess excellent communication skills.
Specialized Skills:- Progress 4th GL
- System Development Life Methodologies
- Change Management
- QAD ERP (Manufacturing)
