Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and internal systems for transactions.
  • Problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Able to speak Japanese language to liaise with Japanese-speaking customers in Japan.
  • Diploma or degree holder preferred with minimum 1-3 years of work experience.
