Job Summary:

The Senior FP&A Analyst plays a pivotal role in regional financial planning, providing strategic support to drive business growth and investment decisions.

About the Role:

As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, identifying trends and insights to inform business decisions. You will also assist in developing financial forecasts and monitoring budget performance to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze complex financial reports and KPIs to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions and optimize resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to forecast revenue and expenses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes that enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a regional role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings to senior stakeholders.
