Role Overview

Responsibilities

As the Clinic Operations Director, you will oversee daily clinic operations, leading a multidisciplinary team comprising professionals with diverse skill sets. Your primary objectives include:

  • Ensuring seamless coordination between departments to deliver efficient, patient-focused workflows.
  • Developing and executing strategic work plans aligned with best practices and operational goals.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • Registered Nurse with a valid practicing certificate.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in managing clinic operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to drive operational improvements and implement effective clinic workflows.
