Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Respond professionally and promptly to customer enquiries via various channels.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and product-related queries.
  • Liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.

Logistics Coordination Support:

  • Manage daily operations on our e-commerce platform.
  • Provide customer support related to billing, address updates, and subscription tasks.
  • Assist in cross-functional coordination between logistics, operations, and customer service.
  • Maintain and update e-commerce product listings.

Marketing & Administrative Support:

  • Coordinate and execute marketing events.
  • Support internal product tasting sessions.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business, Communications, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in customer service, e-commerce operations, or logistics is preferred.
  • Problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using tools like WooCommerce, Zendesk, and social media for customer interaction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual in Japanese (reading and writing).
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an asset.
