Job Title: Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our store team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing retail teams, with excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to take on a challenging role and make a significant impact on our business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising and customer service.

• Leading and developing a high-performing team of sales associates and managers.

• Achieving sales targets and improving profitability through effective stock management and promotions.

• Maintaining a positive and respectful work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.

• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.

• Identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and implementing changes to drive business success.


Requirements:

• 2+ years retail experience in a leadership capacity (e.g. management, shift leader, etc.)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Familiarity with fashion trends and styles

• Ability to effectively train and motivate sales associates

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, project management and communication skills
