Job Title: Construction Site Lead

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a construction site, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual who can manage and coordinate various tasks, personnel, and resources to achieve project goals.   1. Project Coordination: Coordinate with customers, suppliers, contractors, and other site personnel to ensure smooth project execution and meet planned schedules.
  2. Task Management: Manage and supervise project tasks with site supervisors, sub-contractors, and other team members to ensure timely completion and quality results.
  3. Documentation: Prepare and submit necessary documentation, such as Method Statements (MS), Risk Assessments (RA), and other relevant reports.
  4. Communication: Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including project managers, clients, and team members.
  5. Safety: Promote and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to WSH regulations and site requirements.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with engineering drawings and simple AutoCAD skills.
  • Good written and spoken English language skills.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Project/Construction Management.
  • Junior Engineer or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Ultra High Purity Gas Piping/Process System.
  • Completed Supervise Construction Work in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) course.
