Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and courteous Club Lounge Assistant to provide exceptional service to our guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating positive experiences within the hotel lobby and club lounge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to deliver high-quality services to guests.
  • Respond promptly and tactfully to guest complaints, requests, and enquiries.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of guest arrivals, events, amenities, outlets, and general information.
  • Communicate effectively with Concierge, Reception, Bell Counter, and Front Office Cashier regarding guest arrivals and departures.
  • Ensure efficient and courteous service in baggage and transport handling as well as general enquiries.
  • Approach additional tasks assigned by superiors diligently and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Minimum completion of PSLE or its equivalent.
  • Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.
  • Positive attitude with an outgoing personality and good communication skills.
