About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced art director to take on new challenges, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement creative strategies aligned with brand objectives and KPIs.
  • Lead multiple projects and teams, managing resources, timelines, and creative execution.
  • Design digital assets, including eDMs, social media content, standard and Rich Media banners, web platforms, campaign microsites, and short- and long-form videos.
  • Mentor and inspire team members to produce exceptional work.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in digital and social media, as well as a degree in arts, 2D design, multimedia, animation, or equivalent professional experience.

A minimum of four years of experience in visual production, with a proven track record as a Senior Designer or Junior Art Director, is also essential.
