Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused sales professional to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and provide exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with inquiries and purchases, promoting products and driving sales to achieve targets.
  • Handle cashiering and payment transactions, maintaining shop cleanliness and presentation.
  • Manage stock replenishment and product display, supporting daily shop operations.
  • Provide positive customer experiences, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude, good communication skills, and customer service orientation.
  • Sales-driven with strong customer focus, able to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.
  • No prior experience required, training provided; must be computer literate and able to use POS system.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred for liaising with customers.
