We are seeking a proactive and self-sufficient Robotics Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who take full responsibility for their work, actively seek solutions, and are eager to learn new technologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying robots at new customer locations or job sites, ensuring high-quality performance and stable daily operation. They will also provide onsite support, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting services as needed.

In addition, the Robotics Specialist will train customers on how to use and maintain our cleaning robots, certify them for proper operation, and address technical inquiries remotely. They will also collaborate with internal teams to solve robot issues, both on-site and for factory returns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deployment: Commission and set up robots at new customer locations or job sites.
  • Servicing: Travel to customer sites for onsite support, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting services.
  • User Training: Train customers on how to use and maintain our cleaning robots.
  • Remote Support: Address technical inquiries, identify issues, and troubleshoot robot malfunctions.
  • Cross Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to solve robot issues.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in technical support or servicing, in robotics or automation.
