Logistics Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving materials, picking/issuing, and shipping of final products and samples. Your ability to work independently with minimal supervision is essential.

The ideal candidate will have a GCE O level / Diploma in Supply Chain/Material Management or equivalent experience in a similar field. You should also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving of materials according to SOPs and cGMPs
  • Picking of materials and issuance to manufacturing or other users, fulfilling SAP transactions
  • Participate in shipping activities, keeping integrity and security of goods shipped
  • Maintain accuracy in SAP processes and transactions

Requirements:

  • GCE O level / Diploma in Supply Chain/Material Management
  • Significant warehousing experience in logistics/biotech manufacturing environment
  • Understanding of cGMP basic processes and procedures
  • Ability to operate forklift and other warehouse equipment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
