About the Role

R.J. CROCKER CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Director to lead our Architecture department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of the team.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and delivering solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Design and Innovation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and effective design solutions that meet the needs of clients and stakeholders.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all projects are delivered in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, and that risks are identified and mitigated.
Requirements
  • Education: Possess a recognized Degree and Masters in Architecture.
  • Professional Registration: Be registered as an Architect with BOA Singapore.
  • Experience: Have at least 5 years of experience in a senior architectural role, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
