Job Title

A high-performance infrastructure specialist is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of Site Reliability Engineering strategies, with hands-on knowledge in managing and troubleshooting servers, networks, and applications.

This role requires ensuring the smooth deployment and daily monitoring of business systems to guarantee normal operation and prompt response to emergencies.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in design, optimization, and security of operational and maintenance architectures, as well as provide training and enhance the skills of the operations and maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Site Reliability Engineering strategies
  • Manage and troubleshoot servers, networks, and applications
  • Deploy and monitor business systems
  • Provide training and enhance team skills
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with automation deployment and proficiency in popular monitoring systems, including version control using SVN/Git
  • Hands-on experience with Nginx configuration, load balancer setup, and environment management
  • Expertise in managing Linux systems and security, with experience in operating and maintaining large websites or web application platforms
  • Understanding of common network concepts, familiarity with firewall, VPN, DHCP, DNS, and other network technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn quickly and withstand work-related stress
  • Experience in safe operation and maintenance, as well as working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, AZURE, or Google)
  • Proficiency in various working environments, including Hyper-Cloud, Cloudform/AWX, ELK, Zabbix, Jenkins/VSTS, and GitLab
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
