ROV Operations Specialist Role Summary

This is a challenging opportunity to join our team as an ROV Operations Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and keep all equipment in good working order, including preparing and testing ROV systems prior to mobilization to the work site.
  • Conduct workshop activities to ensure timely preparation of equipment to meet project requirements.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on ROV systems, as well as repair and replace parts as needed.
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement new ROV technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and provide recommendations for improving ROV operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, technical discipline) or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in ROV operations or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position that requires occasional travel to remote locations. The successful candidate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights. A valid driver's license is also required.
