Role Summary

As a highly skilled Veterinary Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional pet care and supporting the veterinarian team at our 24/7 full-service veterinary hospital.

Working alongside a multidisciplinary team of specialists and clinicians, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert technical support to veterinarians to ensure the highest quality pet care.
  • Leading effective communication with veterinarians and medical teams to maintain smooth workflows.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and providing professional assistance as needed.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure safe and efficient patient care.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Degree or certification in veterinary technology or nursing relevant studies.
  • Registration with professional veterinary associations.
  • At least 5 years of experience in anesthesia, cardiology, internal medicine, oncology, radiology, or ECC.
  • 3 years prior team management experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
