Job Description

As a driving instructor, you will play a key role in nurturing proficient and socially responsible motorists. Your primary responsibility will be to provide in-car and classroom driving instructions to learners, guiding them towards competent and safe driving.


You will need to structure and customize lessons for learners in line with our curriculum framework and traffic regulations. This includes evaluating their progress and offering necessary coaching to ensure readiness for assessment or test.


We are looking for someone who is passionate about training and educating others. You should have excellent practical driving skills and knowledge, as well as good instructional, communication and interpersonal skills.


Other key responsibilities include utilizing technology-enabled learning capabilities to complement the learning journeys of learners, and motivating and delivering quality services to learners via learner and customer-centric approaches.


Requirements

Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply. We provide training for those who need it.


  • Valid Singapore Class 3 or 3A Driving License with at least 3 years of good driving records.
  • Excellent practical driving skills and knowledge.
  • Good instructional, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for training and educating others.
